How can I know prices of the available spaces?

Vlumex is totally transparent. Check availability and prices in real time through the Vlumex app that you can download to your mobile from Google Chrome (Android) and Safari (iOS).

Can I pay in cash or bank transfer?

We generally accept cards, and other electronic payment method depending on the store location. Sorry, but cash payments are not possible.

Is it necessary to pay a deposit when renting a space?

No deposit is required; simply prepay for the service.

Is there a minimum contract or permanence time?

You can lease spaces through the Vlumex app for durations spanning minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, quarters, semesters, or years. After the initial contract period ends, you have the flexibility to renew automatically or manually for equivalent or different durations, as often as you require.

Do I get my money back if I leave a space early?

Should you wish to end the service prematurely, simply make the request within the app, and any unused time will be converted into credits. These credits can then be applied as a payment method for future services at the same location. Please note that these credits are non-transferable but have no expiration date.

I have no idea how much space I need

In the Vlumex app, you have the ability to view the interior of the spaces along with their precise measurements, including width, height, and depth. Begin by selecting the smallest space that accommodates your largest item. Frequently, our initial impression leads us to believe we require a larger space than is actually necessary. Opting for multiple smaller spaces is generally more practical than choosing a single larger one, since having more entry points to access your spaces reduces the need for an interior corridor to reach the rear of the space.

When can I go visit the premises?

You can schedule an appointment at your convenience by contacting the store manager. During your visit, we will provide remote assistance, enabling you to explore our facilities, view the available spaces, and address any inquiries related to the Vlumex app. Additionally, we occasionally host "open days" remotely.

Do I have to meet someone to give me the keys?

To access your space with Vlumex, all you require is your mobile phone, internet connectivity, and the Vlumex app. There is no need for keys, cards, codes, or padlocks. Using the app, you can effortlessly lease, renew, or switch spaces, gain entry to the premises and your designated areas, grant access permissions to others, as well as seek assistance and communicate with your store manager.

When I formalize the contract, can I now access my space?

Once you've accepted the service conditions, formalized the contract, and made the relevant payment, you can access the space. However, if there are any incomplete details in your user profile, Vlumex may temporarily restrict your access until the missing information is provided. This practice ensures both your safety and that of other users, as complete customer identification is essential.

At what time can I access my space?

You have round-the-clock access to your space every day. Each time you or someone with your authorization enters, the entry is logged and captured by security cameras. When you grant access permissions to someone, you assume full responsibility. It's important to ensure the access door is closed when entering and exiting the premises.

What security systems do you have?

The premises are equipped with surveillance and recording cameras in transit areas, along with motion sensors in both transit areas and individual spaces. Additionally, there are intelligent intrusion and fire detection systems that remain active at all times, connected to the central monitoring station for continuous vigilance.
